Questions people ask

What is a Switch 2 Game-Key Card?

A Game-Key Card is a cartridge that holds a key instead of the game. The first time you play you download the game (internet needed). After that the card has to be in the console to play, like a normal cartridge.

Do Game-Key Card games work offline?

Most do once the download is finished, as long as the card is in the console. Each game on this list shows whether it plays offline after the download.

Can I lend or resell a Game-Key Card game?

Yes. The card is the licence, so whoever holds the card can play, after downloading the game on their own console.
